Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday within 24 hours after payment has been received.
Depending on the type of product, we will send your order either as a letter or as a tracked parcel – both handled by Deutsche Post or DHL. Smaller products (e.g., name labels) are sent for €3.95 as a letter directly to your mailbox – meaning you don’t need to be at home. Larger products (e.g., lunch boxes and drinking bottles) and big orders are shipped as tracked parcels for €5.95. You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as the parcel has been registered. Shipping is free for orders over €35.

Shipping costs for countries outside the EU are €9.95.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The order is produced in the Netherlands, and letters are usually processed and sent on the same day at the Deutsche Post logistics centre in Essen (NRW).

Post delivery typically takes 1–3 days, but it can sometimes take a bit longer (up to 7 days).

According to EU consumer law, you have the right to return your online purchases within 14 days. However, please note that this does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, such as our labels. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products.
