Returns Policy
At Easy2name, we do our utmost to process each order with care and attention. We naturally want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Because many of our products are made especially for you, we explain below how we handle returns.
Personalised Products

Our products are lovingly personalised especially for you. This means that unfortunately we can't just take them back or exchange them, unless a mistake has been made on our part. Not satisfied with the end result? Let us know! We are happy to find a suitable solution together.
Accidentally ordered something incorrectly?

We understand that a mistake is easily made. Therefore, check your order properly before you place it. Have you still accidentally chosen a wrong name, colour or size? Then unfortunately we cannot adjust or take back the product. But please feel free to contact us, we are happy to think along with you!
Is something wrong with your order?

That is of course not supposed to happen! If your order deviates from the order confirmation, or if there is a flaw in the product, we are happy to resolve this for you. Send us a message and, if possible, a photo of the product. Together, we look for the best solution.
Not completely satisfied? We are happy to help!

Obviously, we want you to be happy with your order. You are not? Then send us an email via info@goedgemerkt.nl, with your order number and a brief explanation of your complaint. We are happy to find a solution with you.
Returning unprinted products

Have you ordered an unprinted product and want to send it back? No problem! Let us know and we will help you further. We greatly appreciate your choice for Easy2name and are always there for you!
